A group story
First, we work as a team as engineers, in the electronic engineering design office of Hubert and Mickaël, the Vaudoos chefs. A design office where all members are also musicians. Some play together, others play alone, or even manage to replace a full band by playing alone.
One day, chef Vaudoo, in full bass solo, realized that the 9V battery inside his «active» bass is no longer very active. He had once again forgotten to change the battery, and to provide a spare battery.
From that moment on, the team set out to create a rechargeable system, simple and efficient: the Power Blocks were born, giving the instrument more power.

The Power Blocks were able to take advantage of the know-how and expertise of CECIELEC design office, a specialist in connected objects and integrated systems to design our products.
After a few years of research, the system was created, tested and approved, It was now necessary to give it a design and a name. The indicator light has been added for the practical and aesthetic side, which makes it possible to know the remaining charge on the instrument with one click. And because we thought it was magical, we said, « But it’s witchcraft! » No, it’s Vaudoo.
We also created the Vaudoo Audio preamplifier, professional quality, integrated in the bass or guitars, making tests until arriving at a sound result of high quality.

For you, we have planned different customizations possible, the choice of the number of adjustable bands and frequencies, and to adapt to each instrument, a number of potentiometers varying with the possibility of adding adjustments, without adding holes, thanks to the double stepped potentiometers.
